Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed once the quotation has been accepted and a 30% non-refundable deposit has been received.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Payments can be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

3. Ingredient Costs

Ingredient costs are agreed upon in advance and invoiced separately from the service fee.

4. Guest Numbers

The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

After this date, the quoted price cannot be reduced.

5. Dietary Requirements

Please inform me of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before confirming your booking.

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before the event: deposit retained.

• Between 7 and 14 days: 50% of the remaining balance may be charged.

• Less than 7 days before the event: the full amount is payable.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• access to a clean and functional kitchen

• running water and electricity

• sufficient workspace for food preparation

8. Liability

Pauline Didier cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond her control, including power outages, equipment failure provided by the client, or force majeure.

9. Photography

Photographs of the dishes or event will only be taken and shared with the client's prior consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
